Within 48 business hours, you’ll get an invite to your new site plus VIP access to the Launch Lounge, our exclusive vault of step-by-step video tutorials and guides.
From there, it’s all yours to tweak, tailor, and take live.

Yes! However, it depends on your website version.
To check your Squarespace version, log into your site and click Help in the left panel. If your website is built on Squarespace version 7.1, we can install the template on your existing website.
Simply purchase the "install on my existing site" add-on during check-out along with your template.

All of our templates require the Squarespace Core Plan (formerly 'business plan’) subscription or higher at launch.
As a Candor Templates client you will automatically receive 25% off of your Squarespace Subscription (plus a free domain and professional email) if you choose to upgrade your new website to an annual plan within 30 days. This discount is not valid for existing site installs as it requires a new website to be created.

We do recommend a basic familiarity with Squarespace and general internet know-how - but don’t worry, we’ve built everything to be as intuitive (and stress-free) as possible.

Understanding code is not required to use our templates. Our templates come with done-for-you code, so you don't need to have any coding knowledge.

We love working with designers, and that’s why our Standard Licence includes use for client projects. It’s our way of making things easy and seamless for you.
However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
The Candor Templates footer credit must stay live and visible unless you purchase a Credit Removal Licence.
Each client project requires its own licence. If you’re working on multiple client sites, you’ll need to purchase the template separately for each one.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds, returns or exchanges for any payments after the template installation has been completed.
If you have not yet received your template installation, we may offer a partial refund but will subtract an installation fee for any work that has already been completed.
We strongly advise reviewing the template demos and features, requirements and information prior to purchasing.
